Everyone is busy, it seems busier than ever. There is too much information all around us, work, family and but there are ways you can ease the burden of the to-do list and pull through without pulling out your hair.
An extremely heavy schedule, over a longer period of time can cause stress, anxiety and impact one’s mental health so it is good to utilise the devices and skills we have to try and make our schedules as manageable as possible, but of course it is not always possible, and everyday won’t go smoothly.
Manageable schedules can be as short lived as some new years resolutions, but if you get into a routine that works for you it doesn’t have to be arduous, and hard to maintain.
