There is no right or wrong answer here, you are what you are and that is fine, but if you want to change then there are other mindsets available.

A growth mindset is the belief that abilities and understanding can be developed through effort and learning. A fixed mindset is the belief that abilities are innate and unchangeable.

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt and change, which supports the growth mindset.

For example, if you are running late for school or work: One with a Fixed Mindset is likely to feel bad all day and blame others.One with Growth Mindset sees it as a learning opportunity, identifies root causes to avoid future issues.
